We need your help to identify your service line material. Please submit the information requested below right away.

1. Locate a recent Wrightsville Borough Water Bill. You will need to enter your Account Number in the survey below.

2. Locate your water service line coming into your home or building. This is usually in the basement or in a meter pit outside. Look for a pipe that connects to your meter from the curb or the outside wall.

3. Carefully scratch the pipe with a key or coin. Use the pipe material chart, here, to help identify the material of your service line.

4. Take photos of your service line, including your meter.

5. Complete the form below. You will be asked to enter: your account number, service address, the material and a photo of your water service line, and any additional comments.
